Use of AI in service management

On September 3, 2021, 40 representatives from international companies from various industries and science met at the Forum Dienstleistungsmanagement (DLM) at the University of Basel. The conference focused on the topic of artificial intelligence and the question of how providers can deal with current developments such as the automation of intelligent behavior or machine learning (deep learning), how they can establish new ways of interacting with customers, and how they can exploit the potential of artificial intelligence in service management.
